Herbal & Fruit Tea Packing

We have a wide range of blending, filling and tea-bagging equipment that enables us to pack herbal and fruit speciality teas in all their most popular forms and in a wide variety of blends and fill weights. We pack herbal & fruit teas into your own branded packaging.

We can match the raw material and packaging specifications of any of your existing products. Our efficiencies allow our pricing to be very industry competitive.

Our four most popular packing forms are:

Universal (tagless) teabags packed into silver/clear pouch
Universal teabags with string and tag packed into custom designed polyprop sachets
Universal teabags with string and tag packed into custom designed paper envelopes
Loose tea into pouch

Universal Tagless Teabags are usually filled with
2g or 2.5g tea and are then packed into tamper
proof foil pouches of approximately 20/25 teabags
to ensure the freshness.

Paper Envelope, String & Tag Teabags
have a maximum fill weight of 2g per teabag, and
are individually packed in single branded paper
envelopes with a branded tag. Envelope printing is not
as highly finished as the polyprop envelopes detailed
above, and they have a more rustic finish.

Excellent when sold in retail boxes, but only have
three side seal, so are not suitable for very much handling.
These envelopes and tags are plastic free.

Tag Teabags have a maximum fill
weight of 2.5g per teabag and are individually packed in single
branded sachet with a branded tag. Sachet printing has a higher
quality finish than the paper envelopes detailed below and
a less rustic finish.
They allow for robust handling, and are thus excellent for sampling
and they retain their flavour well.
